What Should I Expect for My First Visit

Day 1:
When you come in for your first visit, we will do a one-on-one consultation with you to discuss health concerns, goals, and health history. We will then take all the necessary scans and x-rays to determine the most effective care plan.

Day 2:
On your next visit, we will present a report of our findings, offer recommendations, answer questions, and determine a corrective care plan that is right for you. You will then receive your first adjustment.

What is the Adjustment Like?

We use an unique, safe method known as Torque Release. This technique pinpoints the exact point of nerve interference and administers a gentle adjustment. This adjustment realigns the spine and takes pressure off the nerve.
